When you place or try to place an order, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number ("Order Information").

3. Information we collect automatically

When you browse the Site, we collect information about your device: browser, IP address, time zone, cookies, the pages and products you view, how you found the Site and how you use it ("Device Information"). We use cookies, log files, pixels and tags to do this.

4. How we use your information

We use Order Information to process orders, ship them, send confirmations, answer your questions and prevent fraud. We use Device Information to improve the Site and measure our advertising. We send marketing emails only if you sign up, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We send marketing text messages only if you have given your express consent; reply STOP to opt out at any time (message and data rates may apply).

6. Who we share information with

We share personal information only where it's needed to run our store:

Shopify, our e-commerce platform (shopify.com/legal/privacy);
Google (Analytics and Ads), for analytics and advertising;
Meta Platforms, to measure and show ads;
DailyFulfill, our partner for preparing and shipping orders;
ParcelPanel, for shipment tracking;
payment providers, to process your payments.

We don't sell your personal information for money. Sharing device data with advertising partners for targeted ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out at any time (see section 7). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

7. Your privacy rights (California and other states)

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. To use any other right, email us at info@matchmeclothing.com. We'll verify your request, you may use an authorized agent, and we will never treat you differently for using your rights. Our Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals other than GPC.

Because Novelia Brands Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the UK GDPR, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. How long we keep information

We keep Order Information as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, unless you ask us to delete it and no legal duty to keep it applies.

9. Where information is processed

Your information may be processed in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy for legal or operational reasons. Changes are posted on this page.
