We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colors can look slightly different on different screens. All products are subject to availability; if something isn't available, we'll offer an alternative or a refund.

7. Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under U.S. federal or state law, including implied warranties.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

All content on this site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Novelia Brands Ltd or is used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
