4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. We will send you an email to confirm we have received your order, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between us is only formed once your order has been processed and dispatched, which we will also confirm by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Use of Shopify Payments is also subject to the Shopify Payments Terms of Service. 6. Pricing, Currency & Product Information

All prices on the site are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatching the item, and you will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

7. Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

8. Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel or amend an order shortly after placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch. To request a change, email us at info@matchmeclothing.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has entered processing, we are not always able to make changes, but we will always do our best to help.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please email us at info@matchmeclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you. This is separate from, and in addition to, your rights under our standard return window.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Outside of faulty or incorrect items, our standard return window and process are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In general, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions listed in that policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return has been received and checked.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, in line with the jurisdiction in which Novelia Brands Ltd is registered. This does not remove any protection available to you under the consumer laws of the state in which you reside, which may give you rights we cannot override.
