Shipping policy

We aim to make shipping simple and predictable, with clear updates at every step from order to delivery.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping across the U.S. on every order, no minimum spend required.

2. Processing Time

Once placed, orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), typically within 1 to 2 business days before they ship.

3. Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same day processing. Anything placed after that cutoff, or over the weekend or on a public holiday, goes out for processing the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Here's what to expect once your order is placed:

Processing: 1 to 2 business days
Delivery: 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location in the U.S.

So total time from order to doorstep usually lands somewhere between 4 and 12 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. If 7 business days pass and you still haven't received one, get in touch at info@matchmeclothing.com and we'll check the status for you.

6. Order Confirmation

The moment you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. This means we've received it and your payment has gone through. Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Email us at info@matchmeclothing.com and we'll sort it out.

7. Order Refusal, Cancellation & Pricing Errors

Occasionally an order can't go ahead. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, and may ask for extra verification in some cases, for example to guard against card fraud.

We do our best to keep prices accurate across the site. If a pricing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or reach out with more information before proceeding.
